Refund and cancellation.
The Discovery is prepared fresh to order. Because ingredients are sourced and preparation is scheduled in advance, the following applies to all bookings.

Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or service date and you receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery or service date are non-refundable, as ingredients have been sourced and preparation has begun. This applies to all bookings, with no partial refunds.
How to cancel.
To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 56 936 8404 or by email at operations@satiateluxe.com before the 48-hour window. The cancellation time is taken from when we receive your message.
Changes to your booking.
To change the date, delivery window, or details of a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. Changes requested more than 48 hours ahead will be accommodated where possible. We cannot guarantee changes within 48 hours of your scheduled date.
If something goes wrong on our side.
If we miss your agreed delivery window or there is a genuine issue with the quality of your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right with a remake, a credit, or a refund, at our discretion. This is separate from the cancellation terms above, which apply to client-requested cancellations.
